The Trade Marketing Manager ensures retail excellence and commercial performance across Travel Retail operators in Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East by translating global strategies, customer insights, and business data into impactful regional actions. The role ensures best-in-class execution of trade marketing, retail operations, CRM initiatives and visual merchandising delivering a consistent and elevated luxury brand experience across all consumer touchpoints while supporting sustainable business growth.
How you will create a beautiful impact:
Trade Marketing
- Ensures regional trade marketing activations and execution to ensure a consistent luxury brand experience.
- Manages brand content on retailer digital platforms and supports digital initiatives, collaborating with the global functions, to drive innovation and performance.
CRM/Client Engagement
- Leads regional CRM operations, including database quality, client management, and platform maintenance.
- Manages CRM assets and client engagement tools while partnering with global teams to enhance customer loyalty and client-centric programs.
Retail Excellence and Sales Reporting
- Drives Retail Excellence initiatives and KPI tracking across the region, providing actionable insights from sales, CRM, and retail performance data.
- Partners with Retail, Education, and Marketing teams to optimize execution and support data-driven decision-making.
- Consolidates customer, Beauty Advisor, and competitor feedback to identify opportunities and enhance the retail experience.
Retail Operations
- Ensures operational excellence across the retail network by managing retail tools, devices, merchandising standards, and shopfloor processes.
- Partners with Retail, Education, Human Resources, and Legal teams to ensure compliance, streamline operations, and enhance shopfloor intelligence through digital solutions.
Visual Merchandising
- Develops visual merchandising guidelines and manages the forecasting, allocation, and optimization of retail assets and in-store materials
- Ensures visual merchandising execution to ensure a consistent luxury brand experience.
What you need to become our next audacious talent:
- 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or within beauty, luxury, FMCG, or Travel Retail.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data and insights into actions.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
- Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented, with experience across retail execution, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and excellence in every execution.
- Advanced Excel skills and fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
