Senior Global Education Manager Brand & Product

Location: 

Zurich, CH, 8008

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time
Description: 
  • Collaborate with the Global Education Director, marketing team, and science team to develop and implement educational materials and tools that showcase our brand, products, innovations, and selling skills for skincare and complexion products across all training channels (department stores, chains, boutiques).
  • Lead the "Train the Trainers" program, both in-person and virtually, ensuring comprehensive preparation for trainers.
  • Oversee the maintenance and continual improvement of all materials and tools related to product expertise.
  • Develop all educational materials for onboarding new Beauty Advisors and retail team members, ensuring thorough training and integration.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires on brand knowledge and product details, ensuring they are fully equipped to represent our products.
  • Partner with markets to participate in client masterclasses and events, enhancing customer engagement and brand presence.

 

 

How you will create a beautiful impact:  

 

 

Education Programs Development:

  • In alignment with the Education Strategy, create, develop, and implement training programs focused on our luxury house and innovations.
  • Define and write content tailored to various training channels (classroom, in-store, digital, etc.) to enhance the knowledge of Beauty Advisors and Retail teams about all products, including complexion and future colour make up projects
  • Develop comprehensive digital pre- and post-training materials related to products and brands.
  • Ensure adherence to company guidelines and standards across all training formats and communications.
  • Continuously update training programs and tools based on brand strategy, educational objectives, and market needs.
  • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet educational goals and drive performance.

 

Presentations.

  • Conducts a variety of in-person trainings and presentations

  • Takes actively part in Train the Trainer seminars on products

 

Education Strategy roll-out:

  • Actively participate in identifying global training needs to help define and shape the global education strategy.
  • Explore and implement innovative training methods and materials, incorporating gamification to ensure high levels of engagement and retention.
  • Play a key role in rolling out training programs across various markets, ensuring consistent and effective implementation.

 

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, public relations, digital, and CRM teams to ensure a consistent focus on products, markets, and clients.
  • Actively participate in 360 marketing meetings, enhancing the value of go-to-market programs.
  • Work with the internal studio on the design of training assets, providing precise briefs for each asset or project.
  • Identify and engage external consultants and providers with specialized knowledge in brand and product programs or innovative training channels.
  • Foster strong relationships with regional and country trainers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

 

Organisation:

  • Respects budgets assigned to specific projects by GE Director
  • Follows up own T&E and project budget and updates GE Director/controlling on a regular basis
  • Respects timelines and defines retro-planning for training programmes development until delivery to market

 

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience.
  • Over 15 years of related experience in the beauty industry.
  • Skincare expert certified in skincare and facial massages (CIDESCO or equivalent).
  • Professional makeup artist.
  • Specialist in both physical and virtual training facilitation, adult learning, and "Train the Trainer" programs, with proven experience in instructional design.
  • Extensive experience training Beauty Advisors.
  • Retail expert with hands-on experience as a counter manager or Beauty Advisor.
  • Native English speaker with copywriting expertise.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and other digital training tools (e.g., Mentimeter, Kahoot, Wooclap).
  • Creative mindset.
  • Deep knowledge of skincare market players.
