Retail & Marketing Manager TR EMEA+A

- Supports Marketing Director with regional trade marketing topics and execution
- Responsible for visual merchandising planning and execution
- Ensures the execution of Retail Excellence strategies & programs as defined by the global Retail team
- Responsible for roll-out and feedback coordination of Retail tools and POSM
- Establishes dashboard analysis and supports management & retail to define actions based on conclusions
- Ensures Retail operations are managed smoothly without affecting the Shopfloor teams
- Builds the bridge between TR EMEA+A/Latam to ensure consistency and support where needed
How You Will Create a Beautiful Impact
Retail Excellence and Sales Reporting
- Coordinates with Retail Teams & Education to ensure smooth roll-out of strategies & programs as defined by global Retail department.
- Supports the cascading of Retail KPIs, supports the Retail Teams with KPI analysis & tracking, coordinates feedback to global Retail department
- Establishes structured analysis and reporting of Retail & CRM dashboards (TR & DM) to Management & Retail Department
- Supports Marketing Director with monthly reporting on sales, product insights, marketing activities and shop floor intelligence
- Collects and share BAs and clients’ feedback (related to journeys, assets, experiences) as well as competitors intelligence on TR shopfloor (using new LP app if possible)
Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising
- Supports the Marketing Director with trade marketing activations incl. promotions
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the online platforms of the retailers with packshots and texts
- Creates regional VM guidelines per store and supports Retail Operations team with allocation of assets
- Manages yearly forecast of VM elements and is responsible for correct usage and depletion
- Responsible for temporary test and learn store installation; location approvals, assortment management, sales tracking, VM and decoration
Retail Operations
- BA Uniform Management
- VM and Merchandising excellence (CMS/TRISON, REPAIRS REPORTING AND CONTRACTS) in line with the global calendar
- Supports Retail and Education teams with BA-app management and creation of workflows and forms to gather shopfloor intelligence
- iPad/iPhone in-store management
- Ensures contingent workers guidelines are executed / is the TR link with Global Retail, Education, HR and legal.
CRM/Client Engagement
- Responsible for Roll-out & Maintenance of Aurora / deduplication tasks / reassignment of clients
- Responsible for the forecast of CRM assets and gifts defining the regional guidelines based on the Global guidelines
- Gift / assets allocation and shipping
- Supports global TR to further develop and fine tune client centric concepts, providing Retail feedback
What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within consumer goods; experience in Travel Retail, cosmetics, or luxury sectors is a plus
- Strong commercial acumen
- Resilient, results-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
- Retail- and solutions-oriented, with a strong focus on people
- Capable of managing a variety of tasks, including visual merchandising (VM), reporting, and retail operations
- Comfortable working across different cultures and all levels of an organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
