Intern - Visual Merchandising

As a Visual Merchandising Intern, you will support the Global Visual Merchandising team in the development and execution of impactful VM projects across skincare and make-up categories.
Reporting directly to the Global Visual Merchandising Manager and working closely with the Global Head of Visual Merchandising, you will contribute to the creation of global VM guidelines, launch animations, and storytelling experiences aligned with the international marketing calendar and regional business needs.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an international luxury beauty environment while participating in the creation of innovative and inspiring retail experiences worldwide.
How You Will Create a Beautiful Impact
- Development of Global Visual Merchandising guidelines and toolkits in InDesign, including VM descriptions, technical layouts, and staging instructions for international markets
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of weekly regional follow-ups with local teams
- Assist in the development of launch scenographies for windows, podiums, counters, and outposts across different retail environments
- Support in the creation of launch, corporate, and storytelling VM concepts through 3D renderings and visual layouts
- Coordinate projects with external agencies, suppliers, and 3D modelers
- Support the Store Design team in the design and development of new store openings
- Collaborate with Store Design and rest of Retail teams, Creative Studio, and Marketing teams on VM and retail projects
- Conduct competitive and trend research to inspire and support the VM team
- Organize and archive VM assets, technical files, and guidelines
What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related creative field
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, MS Office, and AUTOCAD. 3D design software such as 3ds Max is a plus.
- Passionate about the beauty and luxury industry, with a strong interest in skincare and make-up.
- Knowledge of scenography, POSM production, graphic printing, or exhibition design is considered a plus
- Strong creative sensibility with attention to aesthetics and detail
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn within a dynamic global team
