The Global Head of E-Commerce will drive La Prairie.com strategy across three core areas

The role will focus on three core areas:
1. Strategic Leadership

Own La Prairie.com global P&L, ensuring that revenue, profitability, and growth targets are set & achieved

Develop and execute the global e-commerce business plan, in close collaboration with local markets, to drive sales and align with La Prairie’s overall business strategy

Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for digital market expansion, ensuring scalability and long-term growth.

Set financial and operational KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to ensure performance meets expectations.
2. Commercial Strategy & Customer Experience

Deliver a seamless and luxurious online experience that aligns with La Prairie’s brand values and elevates customer engagement.

Build and execute the La Prairie.com commercial strategy, defining differentiation with eretail & pure players: advocate for e-commerce-specific SKUs, product exclusivity, and tailored offerings

Lead full-funnel approach to optimize online conversion, customer acquisition, and retention while ensuring a luxury customer journey.

Oversee the development and execution of omnichannel strategies, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Work with internal & external partners to enhance the platform’s user experience and ensure high operational efficiency.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Team Management

Lead and manage a team of 5 FTEs, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture focused on achieving business goals, from content strategy, to website operations & eCRM activation.

Work cross-functionally with local market teams and global departments, including marketing, CRM, merchandising, IT, and logistics, to align e-commerce strategies and initiatives.

Manage relationships with third-party vendors and platforms, ensuring smooth operations and timely implementation of new features.

Champion cross-departmental projects that enhance the overall digital and omnichannel experience for customers.
What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

Degree in business, engineering or equivalent.

About 8 years of relevant professional experience driving Ecommerce business within the beauty industry.

Ability to work with agility, ensuring adaptability to navigate fast pace market trends.
-
Experience working in cross-functional environment with a diverse stakeholder set and able to influence without direct authority.
-
Solutions-oriented profile with proven ability to deliver sales results and creative solutions on time and on budget.

Language: Fluent in English
