The Global Head of E-Commerce will drive La Prairie.com strategy across three core areas:
1. Strategic Leadership

Own La Prairie.com global P&L, ensuring that revenue, profitability, and growth targets are set and achieved

Develop, cascade and ensure execution of the global e-commerce and media strategy in close collaboration with local markets, to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and align with La Prairie’s overall Brand strategy.

Set the vision and strategic direction for La Prairie’s global owned digital ecosystem, including e-commerce, media, eCRM, and omnichannel initiatives.

Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for .com market expansion, ensuring scalability and long-term growth.

Define financial, operational, and media-related KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to ensure performance meets expectations.
2. Commercial strategy & customer experience

Deliver a seamless and luxurious online experience that aligns with La Prairie’s brand values and elevates customer engagement.

Build and lead execution of the La Prairie.com commercial strategy, defining differentiation with eretail & pure players: advocate for e-commerce-specific SKUs, product exclusivity, and tailored offerings

Lead full-funnel approach to optimize Brand awareness, consideration & online conversion, along with customer acquisition and retention, while ensuring an elevated consumer journey.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance the platform’s user experience, operational efficiency, and media alignment.
3. Global media strategy & management

Define and lead La Prairie’s global media strategy, ensuring alignment with communication, PR, e-business, and overall Brand objectives.

Build solid global media partnerships (agencies, editors), setting strategic direction while local teams manage execution & local performance.

Analyze global media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize investments, content production and drive innovation.

Collaborate with local teams and partners to ensure consistent execution, maintain luxury brand positioning, and maximize ROI.
4. Cross-functional collaboration & team management

Lead and manage a team of 6 FTEs, fostering a high-performance culture across e-commerce, media, and eCRM activities.

Own cross-functional collaboration with global departments and local teams, aligning strategies across marketing, CRM, e-merchandising, IT, and logistics to deliver seamless digital and media integration.

Oversee relationships with external vendors, including the global media agency, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with global and local objectives.
Education & experience:
-
Degree in business, engineering or equivalent.

About 8 years of relevant professional experience driving Ecommerce business within the beauty industry.

Ability to work with agility, ensuring adaptability to navigate fast-pace market trends.

Experience working in cross-functional environment with a diverse stakeholder set and able to influence without direct authority.

Solutions-oriented profile with proven ability to deliver sales results and creative solutions on time and on budget.

Language: Fluent in English.
