Global e-Retail Manager

The Global E-Retail Manager for La Prairie will be responsible for driving the e-retail sales acceleration through strategic alignment for La Prairie's e-retail & pure players online business in regions from our Global Headquarters in Zurich. This role involves leading strategic initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting our markets to enhance our brand presence and market share. The position combines digital marketing, commercial knowledge and project management and demands a blend of strategic thinking, market analysis, and operational support to achieve business goals for La Prairie's online acceleration.
How You Will Create a Beautiful Impact
360° Online Activation Strategy
Collaborate on the planning and execution of product launch and re-push activation campaigns, taking ownership of selected initiatives:
- Develop comprehensive guidelines (E-Retail Toolkit) for markets and distributors.
- Content Management: Collaborate with Studio & Global Head of E-Retail to provide recommendation and adapt content for E-Retail needs (banners, PDPs galleries…).
- Own the product information production process to provide best-in-class & ready to use content to markets.
- Manage project timelines and ensure the delivery in time and in full of all E-Retail content to markets through organized channel.
- Tracking campaign performance and preparing consolidated reports.
Region Business Coordination & strategic planning:
Contribute to strategic planning & sales development for a specific region in close collaboration with regional or local e-retail manager & sales team:
- Act as a liaison between regional business unit and global headquarters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Challenge and drive business performance to reach e-business targets.
- Consolidate & challenge regional 360 digital activation plans, including on-site & off-site levers and oversee implementation in partnership with regions.
- Ensure perfect brand image and execution in collaboration with regional & local teams.
- Managing relationships with top e-retailers in the region, ensuring optimal visibility, monitoring business performance, and conducting business reviews.
- Overseeing the approval process for new site launches and platform updates.
- Performance monitoring: establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and liaise with local teams to prepare and present regular reports on market performance and recommendation and use insights to optimize recommendation & campaigns
Global Service Development & Strategic Initiatives
Support the Head of Global E-Retail in driving key service development initiatives according to the current roadmap, including:
- Leading cross-functional projects on diverse topics to develop knowledge, innovation and optimize process within the organization.
- Create and deliver presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions on dedicated topics to disseminate best practices across markets.
- Develop relevant guidelines to assist markets in developing their online business.
- Optimize digital content in collaboration with EBCA, studio and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Monitor and analyse performance KPIs to inform strategic decisions.

- Strong communication & attention to details
- Languages: English is mandatory
