Global Talent Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive La Prairie’s global talent agenda across all aspects of attraction, acquisition, onboarding, performance, learning and development. This role will be critical in shaping the employee experience, fostering career growth, and ensuring we attract and retain best-in-class talent, aligned to our global talent strategy. It is part of the global HR leadership team for La Prairie; is operational on core talent topics (e.g. executive level acquisition) and supports on design and implementation for other talent strategies and programs. It will also play a key role in managing stakeholders internally and externally within La Prairie and Beiersdorf Global HR and La Prairie global leadership teams.

Talent Attraction

Develop, align and enhance Beiersdorf Luxury employer brand; identify key talent pools to promote employer brand.

Optimise talent sourcing strategy with differentiated approach based on role requirements and specialisation.

Develop strategic partnerships with key industry bodies and associations to amplify employer brand; develop diverse pools of talent to pipeline for future opportunities with particular focus on luxury expertise.
Talent Acqisition & Onboarding

Develop talent acquisition strategy and lead team on all HQ hiring activities; global lead on executive-level hiring.

Partner with HRBPs in HQ and Regions to conduct proactive talent mapping exercises for critical roles; develop pipeline of strong external talent for future.

Review and optimise global Onboarding Program for both corporate and retail populations; drive efficiencies in administrative onboarding and seek opportunities to enhance the experiential / brand onboarding across global populations.
Performance and Learning

Lead annual performance core process execution globally (including performance and potential calibration); partner with Beiersdorf Global to synergise global core process and align on timings.

Conduct annual learning needs’ analysis (LNA) to identify critical areas of capability development and opportunity; develop and coordinate execution of annual learning calendar aligned to LNA and other regular programs.

Partner with Beiersdorf Global to lead on global roll-out of key programs and initiatives (e.g. Leadership Framework, Core Values).
Talent Management & development

Lead annual Development, Potential and Succession Management process and provide support globally to HRBPs and Leaders; regularly review plans with HRBPs and Leaders to identify and build interventions for critical succession gaps.

Partner with HRBPs to implement development plans for high-potential and critical talent; support HRBPs on proactive strategies to retain key / high potential talent.
Leadership and others

Steer HQ Apprenticeship and Internship program; provide leadership support to Talent Manager to coordinate programs and initiatives in line with Swiss Framework.

This role has a high visibility internally and externally, hence strong leadership practices are expected from the incumbent.

Given some matrix reporting lines and regions set up, a strong level of influence and ability to navigate complexity is required.

8-12 years of relevant experience within an international environment
