Global Launch & Project Manager (product development experience mandatory)

Zurich, CH, 8008

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time
Description: 

In this role you will steer product innovation/ launch projects to ensure on time and in full availability of new launched products at LSP (logistic service provider) at given Excwh date. You will continuously seek to optimize launch process

 

How you will create a beautiful impact:  

 

  • Ensure availability of new launched products at given EXCWH at LSP

  • Steering/ project management of product innovations/ launches according to innovation process

      • Global launches (including country specific versions)

      • Product transfers (from production US to other 3PM)

      • Launch related special products (e.g. brush set)

  • Development of an innovation project plan

  • Support of launch planning phase (preparation, reporting after closure)

  • Steering of Rituals launches

  • Steering of other launch projects with Finished Good NART change

      • Re-launch, reformulation, country versions, special projects for TR

  • Development of a detailed launch project plan (for non-innovation projects)

  • Interface between brand development and the supply chain (LPG/ 3PM)

  • Conduct kick-off meetings/ briefing of involved departments within the supply chain

  • Follow up on timings and progress

  • Define and work with KPI’s

  • Work on/ manage SC cross functional projects

  • (Data maintenance in SAP)

  • (Support update of artworks for secondary packaging)

 

 

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

 

  • Full academic qualification or comparable career

  • Several years working experience in supply chain or consumer products/ luxury goods

  • Working knowledge of process- and project management methods

  • Organisational skills; ability to manage multiple projects in cross-functional collaboration

  • Communicative personality, customer-focused, structured, appreciation for “good things in life”

  • Fluent in English
