Global Brand Manager (skincare product development a must)

As Global Brand Manager, you will drive the innovation and renovation pipeline of one of La Prairie's strategic skincare collections, shaping its future growth through innovation, scientific credibility and long-term franchise development.
From identifying future consumer and scientific opportunities to bringing new concepts to market, you will play a key role in transforming skincare science into meaningful consumer innovations. Working closely with R&D, Science, Packaging, Regulatory and regional teams, you will lead complex cross-functional projects from ideation to launch and contribute to the long-term vision of the franchise.
Reporting to the Global Group Marketing Manager, this role offers significant ownership, visibility and the opportunity to influence the future of the brand at a global level.
How You Will Create a Beautiful Impact
- Drive the innovation and renovation pipeline from early concept development to market launch.
- Identify emerging consumer needs, scientific opportunities and market trends to fuel long-term franchise growth.
- Partner closely with Science and R&D teams to build innovation platforms, product concepts and claims territories.
- Translate complex scientific concepts into compelling consumer propositions and luxury storytelling.
- Lead cross-functional product development in collaboration with Packaging, Formula, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Retail, Digital and Creative teams.
- Build business cases and strategic recommendations for future growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the long-term vision and evolution of the franchise.
- Deliver impactful presentations and recommendations to senior leadership.
What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in skincare innovation, product development, product marketing.
- Strong understanding of skincare science, product development processes and efficacy-driven skincare categories.
- Experience working on scientifically led skincare products with proven consumer and technical benefits.
- Strong understanding of Asian skincare markets, ideally including direct experience with China.
- Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling consumer propositions and product stories.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects independently from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Resilient, solution-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Humble, collaborative and open-minded, while being able to challenge constructively when needed.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in luxury skincare.
- Experience in brightening, pigmentation or other efficacy-driven skincare categories.
- Experience working with Chinese product registration requirements and timelines.
- Experience in dermocosmetics, dermatological skincare or science-led beauty brands.
- Experience working across both global and local marketing organizations.
- Exposure to ingredient-led innovation platforms and scientific skincare claims development.
