Boutique Manager

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time
Description: 

 Role Purpose/Mission:

As a Boutique Manager, you will lead the team to deliver an exceptional client experience by ensuring excellence in Boutique operations and client service. You will be responsible for the growth and turnover of the Flagship La Prairie Boutique. You will be holding a true managerial role and manage the operations of the Boutique as well as the Boutique team.

 

Main Accountabilities:

Performance & Sales:

  • Strategize and implement strategies leading to growth, turnover and profitability of the store
  • Ensure achievement of La Prairie`s roadmap and Business goals

Client Relationships:

  • Strategize, program and curate exceptional experiences to connect with & engage the boutique audience
  • Enhance client knowledge and execute client development plan by promoting and leveraging clienteling tools
  • Guide & build Clienteling mindset among Team member

People Management:

  • Inspire, engage, and coach store team about La Prairie`s vision, strategy and business goals
  • Motivate and care for the team to increase engagement and loyalty to the brand
  • Play a key role in setting individual objectives, evaluate performance and potential with the team

Boutique Operations & Administrations:

  • Leverage and partner with VM teams to ensure internal/external store design is in line with the VM guidelines
  • Develop clear actions to constantly improve the overall boutique operations (ex Grooming guidelines, inventory management, safety & security procedures etc.)
  • Liaise between Metiers and other Retail Teams when needed to ensure optimum boutique maintenance.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of five to seven years prior management experience and background in luxury retail is required
  • Strong client centric mindset with an experience in establishing and growing client relationships locally and internationally
  • People's management skills, with the ability to coach and develop the existing Team
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent proven retail operational skills & standards
  • Experience in implementing and driving change

 

Languages: English & German must, other languages such as French, Italian, Mandarin etc. are good to have
