Description: 

In your job you will be responsible for providing excellent advice to our end customers / clients and for selling our luxury products.

 

How you will create a beautiful impact:  

 

- Representing the La Prairie brand, its values and vision

- Providing competent and professional advice to our discerning local and international customers on site

- Understanding customer needs through active listening

- Explaining and demonstrating the products and application methods using the La Prairie Art of Service and Art of Beauty rituals

- Pampering our customers with our unique and luxurious short treatments

- Communicating the history of the La Prairie brand, innovation expertise and brand values through storytelling

- Building a loyal customer base and actively maintaining these valuable customer relationships

- Carrying out customer loyalty activities (CRM) and collecting and maintaining customer data

- Continuous monitoring of target achievement and close dialogue with the Retail Manager

- Ensuring the implementation of our visual merchandising guidelines

 

 

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

 

- Strong passion for retail and the luxury industry

- Several years of experience in dealing with and advising discerning customers in the luxury sector

- Sound professional experience in selling high-quality products or services as well as building and maintaining the corresponding customer relationships

- Strong focus on achieving quantitative and qualitative targets

- Experience in dealing with a customer loyalty programme

- Professional, team-orientated and motivated personality

- Experienced in using MS Office

- Good command of German and English
