Internship: Creative Service Project Coordination

Location: 

Volketswil, Zurich, CH, 8604

Contract Type:  Internship
Description: 

This internship will support the development and maintenance of effective workflows, and maximize system efficiencies in the Creative Team.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Support in managing projects from creative request/brief to project finalization 
  • Support in tracking and monitoring the project planning/traffic/priorities for all projects/department and for each member of the team 
  • Daily collaboration with Brand Managers, other departments and external partners in order to drive projects rollout and workflow 
  • Manage translations and timing for Global projects 
  • Manage the collecting, shipping and the recovering of products/set design for shootings 
  • Takes care of the product/set design storage in Zurich and Paris 
  • Takes care for the orders of products, of LP novelties/items forecast according to shared asset list (every half a year). 
  • Manage, route and track new vendors documentation (based on Procurement guidelines) for Accounting registration. 
  • Manage, route and track documentation (based on Procurement guidelines) for pitches and internal approvals 

 

Your Profile

 

  • University degree 
  • 1-2 years experience in advertising/creative agencies or in a Creative or Design Department of a Luxury Brand
  • Precise person with great organizational skills and with a high sense of delivery 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment
  • Experience in luxury
  • Well structured, good analytical skills
  • Problem solving
  • Great team player
  • Fluent in English, spoken and in writing

 

Duration. 6 months

 

Starting date: As soon as possible
