ICT Supporter Professional m/f/d

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time

In this role you will provide an excellent customer service for onsite & 2nd Level – Support by Maintaining the LPG IT infrastructure, you will be responsible for the Global User administration and for Mobile device management & support


How you will create a beautiful impact:


  • Understanding our business customers needs, and delivering a proactive service that makes their lives easier
  • Receiving, recording issues and requests in our ticketing tool
  • 1st and 2nd Level support, working on incidents, request, & changes, providing final solution information to the user
  • Coordinating supplier, consultant and support partner activities
  • Installing and maintaining PCs. iPads, iPhones, peripherals and communications equipment.
  • Implementation of IT audits at subsidiaries, Collaboration in IT & business relevant projects, Office365 consulting and support
  • Providing hands-on & video training to employees and to local supporters in the subsidiaries,
  • Maintaining the LPG Server infrastructure
  • Providing innovative ideas and value-added solutions



What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:


  • 5+ years professional experience in a Service Desk/Technical support environment
  • Profound Know-how of Windows 10, MS Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, MDM & macOS
  • Deep knowledge of hardware, mobile- & periphery devices
  • Passionate about supporting customers & placing their needs at the centre of everything we do
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of server & network environment
  • Excellent customer services and relationship management skills
  • Languages: EN; additional languages are very welcomed
