Role Purpose:

In this exciting position, your role is to act as the liaison between the managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.

You will manage the daily operational HR activities and selected HR projects, policies, and processes. As HRBP for the Global Brand and Retail teams (approx. 75 FTE), you will be in charge of identifying and developing talents in partnership with the respective functional leaders while building high-performing teams and promoting diversity & inclusion.


How you will create a beautiful impact:


HR Business Partnering:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and talent needs, providing HR advice, solutions and day-to-day support aligned with business goals and HR strategy
  • Professionally handle employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Support employee engagement initiatives incl. surveys, workshops, events, etc. to foster a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Identify development needs and facilitate employee development initiatives to enhance strategic skills and capabilities         
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions


Org Design:

  • Anticipate and address organizational issues and challenges.
  • Work in strong collaboration with managers related to organizational effectiveness and development, change management, team development and communication strategies. 
  • Support & actively participate in the business transformation of La Prairie


Performance Review:

  • Drive, improve and support the performance calibration process
  • Manage the compensation processes in partnership with managers


Employee Survey and Retention:

  • Analyze results to identify areas for improvement, facilitate debriefing sessions and workshops
  • Ensure the definition of appropriate actions plans and monitor & follow up on implementation
  • Utilize talent analytics to identify skill gaps, succession planning opportunities, and areas for development
  • Provide insights on employee engagement, turnover, and retention to inform retention strategies and improve employee experience


What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:


  • University Degree and/or HR national Diploma
  • Passion for People experience and HR practice
  • Around 12-15 years of experience in HR with a focus as HRBP
  • Luxury affinity and experience in luxury retail will be an advantage
  • Cross functional experience, diverse experience welcome (other functions)
  • Technical savvy
  • Strong knowledge & experience of Swiss labor law
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to operate in an international and changing environment
  • Well organized, proactive, and efficient personality as well as trustworthy, reliable, flexible
  • Good team player and relationship builder
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
