General Administration Support - Supply Chain 50-100% (temporary)

Volketswil, CH

Contract Type:  Temporary - part-time
Description: 

This is a temporary position for 6-9 months.

 

Execute the Supply Chain and Supply Management Strategy in operation. Ensure continuous supply and best product availability to meet global market demand and company targets. Increase efficiency of the planning process and optimize inventory levels and inventory coverage.

 

Your Responsibilities:

Master Data

  • Creation and Maintenance of Product Master Data
  • Ensure on-time completion of master data to avoid delays in P/O placement, frequent sanity checks and data validation. Support the Master Data Project

 

P/O Tracking

  • Create Open Order Reports (for defined Suppliers) to track and monitor pending production orders
  • Coordinate shipments between Suppliers and Consignees (ASNs/Lieferavise), track Goods-In-Transit until arrival at destination.
  • Supervise and/or actively book Goods-Receipts
  • Administration of Suppliers Documents (ASN, Invoice, Packing List, others)
  • Central point of contact for Forwarding Agents, Coordinate communication (i.e. Timelines, Guidelines)
     

Systems

  • Monthly Cleansing activities in SAP and others systems
    • Re-Org of Forecasts (VSFs)
    • Clearance of obsolete data (Veralterungen)
    • Warehouse location check (i.e. XX01/XX03)
       

Monthly Reporting

  • Data collection and support of the Monthly Reporting process

(Rush Orders, OTIF Preparation, others)

 

Team Support

  • Support the Planning Team in various other functions and tasks
    • Invoice Management (Rechnungssperren),
    • Preparation of Non-Availability Report
    • Issue and track scrapping requests
    • PiPo Steuerung
    • GSM Timelines

 

Your Profile:

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Planning or Logistics
  • Solid SAP and MS Office Skills
  • Structured and organized, communicative
  • Team Player
  •  Fluent in German, English is essential
