CRM Manager CH/AT

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time
Description: 

In this role, you will be driving the execution of Global Client Programmes and CRM activation campaigns in the Market is the key focus, to ensure that CRM KPIs targets are reached and a Client Experience matching Luxury standard. Data capture is another key focus, in order to develop our Client database, our Client understanding and our capacities to develop a personalized Relationship with our Clients.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Implement the brand CRM programs: initialization, adaptation, organization, follow-up, analysis of success according to brand guidelines
  • Establish the annual CRM plan for the markets following the brand guidelines 
  • Develop a CRM and clienteling mindset from office to Retail Team working closely with Retail, Sales, Education and other Marketing Metiers
  • Build, implement and track a yearly CRM plan for strategic Retailers
  • Presentation of client activation programs at meetings, results and learnings
  • Responsible for GDPR as DPC, steering the processes according to GDPR guidelines in both countries CH & AT, training and information of all involved and relevant stakeholders about the process
  • Own the capture rate improvement targets in the markets
  • Manage the annual CRM and marketing books forecasts so that all global CRM campaigns and Programmes are implemented using the global assets
  • Provide Senior Management and Regional CRM with a post-activity report and qualitative feedbacks for every CRM activation, latest 3 months after the activation itself
  • Analyse and monitors CRM KPIs globally defined in the market based on Global Dashboard/reports
  • Provide clients insights based on business intelligence to support the brand strategy implementation.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration/, commercial education with experience or higher education in CRM
  • Strong experience in CRM and Clienteling campaigns implementation
  • Fluent in German and English. French is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
