HR Specialist Japan / Senior HR Specialist Japan

説明: 

Provide excellent HR service & customer service to both internal & external clients

 

How you will create a beautiful impact:

 

  • Responsible for steering all payroll related topics with our external provider.
  • Assist in salary, allowances, and other payroll related calculation.
  • Responsible for Frontline staffing (Interview and coordianation, agent control and offer preparation) 
  • Responsible for Human resources operation support on staff movement, employee communication & report preparation.
  • Assist HR Team in all HR administrative work (e.g., employment contracts, letters preparation, Benefit & pension administration, leave & attendance management).
  • Provide full support on all HR duties (e.g., recruitment arrangement, C&B, social security enrollment/termination, payment calculation, employee record management and cost allocation).
  • Answer enquiries from stakeholder in relation to the department’s functions.
  • Support HR Team on regular/ad hoc reporting such as headcount and turnover rate report.
  • Support HR & Admin projects including employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain the comprehensive HR documentation & working with SAP SuccessFactors.  
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.

 

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

 

  • Several years of professional experience in payroll processing and HR administra tion.
  • Very good knowledge of local tax, social security, and labor law.
  • Talent Acquisition experience
  • Good analytical skill & sensitive with figure should be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is preferably.
  • Pro-active, detail minded with good communication skill.
  • PC Knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of deal with personal information.
  • Japanese native level. Basic English skills are required.
