Description: 

Key Responsibility:

HR Related:

Employee Management 

  • Under the global business strategy and local regulations, establish and update the HR policies and guidelines, including employee handbooks, onboard orientation materials, and other related HR policies
  • Manage the annual performance management process in accordance with the global guidance
  • Manage the HR and admin company legal issue to protect and ensure the company’s benefits in aligned with government regulation

 

Employee Engagement

  • Develop strategy and initiates to drive for higher employee engagement level for staff retention
  • Staff activity (including birthday party, annual party) organization and manage regular labor union activities within the budget
  • Support Global and Regional Initiatives in employee engagement

 

Recruitment and Retention

  • Following the headcount plan to recruit suitable candidate with effective channels; Update the JDs to satisfy the filing and recruitment needs;
  • Organize new employee orientation programs to understand La Prairie working process and culture
  • Identify employee training and development programs to support development needs
  • Develop employee retention plans
  • Develop employee succession plans

 

BA Management 

  • Handle the BA hiring and remuneration calculation by working with 3rd party and sales team
  • Closely monitor BA turnover rate and develop retention plans
  • Plan, analyze, and monitor the BA cost according to annual budget

 

Administration Related:

Office Management

  • Manage office administration, cleaning company, HR and Admin related legal, and office rental contract, etc. to ensure smooth office operation

 

Office Vendor Management and Budget Control

  • Annual budget planning and execution of office expenditure to ensure the activities are conducted within established budgets
  • Manage the office suppliers, and negotiate the cost-effective price

 

Requirements:

  • Strategic thinker and can be a change agent
  • Detail oriented and number sensitive
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management, able to prioritize work and can work under pressure

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • At least 15 years experiences in HR & Admin function and at least 5 years management experience
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Japanese
