e-Commerce Manager

Description: 

Position Summary:

  • As part of the Ebusiness and Digital steering committee, be responsible to build the strategy for digital luxury execution and eBusiness acceleration of the country through laprairie.com and develop the brand saliency with Media activation and CRM recruitment activations.

 

Key Responsibility:

  • Build the annual sales plan to meet monthly sales targets for laprairie.com
  • Manage the eboutique suppliers (logistics, courier, client services, payment)

 

LAPRAIRIE.COM EBOUTIQUE

  • Build roadmap and pilot eBoutique daily run
  • Pro-actively secure a qualitative roll out of laprairie.com new content and features
  • Manage all specific creative/website briefs for Global Digital, CRM and Creative teams to integrate site features, content, merchandising, email, and marketing plans
  • Implement the gifting plan (samples, offers and services assortment …)
  • Daily drive eBoutique revenue targets and manage day-to-day business levers to attract traffic, provide an immersive shopping experience, increase conversion and retention, ultimately driving sales and margins.
  • Manage directly or co-lead several external partners including warehousing, order management and fulfilment, payment partners, customer service center, media partners and website enhancement projects including vendor selection and contractual process
  • Liaise with Education team to ensure ongoing support of client services partner.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering or equivalent
  • minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital and eBusiness both direct and indirect (eRetail)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
  • Have a track record on international scope preferably in a selective distribution industry
  • Be pro-efficient with GA 360, AdWords, SEO/SEM optimization, paid recruitment and social campaigns and experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing and Service Cloud.
  • High business sense, CRM Knowledge or related experience, retail sales experiences in luxury industry are preferred.
  • Self-reliant, self-motivated, solutions-oriented professional, with proven ability to deliver sales results and creative marketing solutions on time and on budget
  • passionate about digital, eBusiness and data-driven insights and eager to share your passion
  • with strong multi-tasking, detail-driven, organizational, collaboration & communication skills
  • a keen interest in luxury, cosmetic industry, swiss culture
  • English is fluent, any other language is a plus.
