Supply Chain Manager - Luxury

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time
Description: 

Be responsible for forecasting or logistics activities associated with customers and products. Use the analytical, marketing, and sales data of a company to effectively estimate future product demands. The duties include planning inventory flow, analyzing statistical data, and generating forecasting solutions.

 

How You Will Create a Beautiful Impact

  • Manage the information flows from sales and marketing via regular meetings in order to identify by product the underlying sales trends and incorporate the effects of marketing campaign on that sales volume.
  • Use and maintain the Demand Planning software (OMP) as the primary forecasting system tool.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot demand related issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop routine and ad-hoc demand related reports for management.
  • Coordinate with 3rd Party Warehouse team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Resolve SAP transaction or interface problems with IT team.
  • Issue purchase orders to HQ and handle the PO delivery process.
  • Report product defect issues which come from clients or deliveries.
  • Maintain and monitor an appropriate safety and healthy stock level by article.

 

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' supply chain experience in FMCG / personal care industry with at least 3 years on demand planning.
  • Numerically intelligent with excellent interpersonal, analytical skills
  • Strong multiple project management skill.
  • Able to work independently, result-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
