Retail Education Supervisor 零售培訓主任

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time
Description: 

 Retail Education Supervisor is responsible for the quality performance of La Prairie services, namely Art of Beauty and Art of Perfection, from the service training & coaching, service execution & quality, BA & BT expertise development, cabin management, to the BT community management.

 

Main Accountabilities:

  • Manage all “Art of Beauty” and “Art of Perfection” service training related work, including training meetings, documents, modules, workbooks, guidelines, service facilities & tools, and cabin management
  • Conduct “Art of Beauty” and “Art of Perfection” services training and coaching, with professional approach, keen observation, and solid evaluation on the learning performance of BA & BT, during in-class training as well as POS execution
  • Supervise “Art of Beauty” and “Art of Perfection” service quality at POS to meet and maintain the required standards with effective coaching techniques, ensure utmost luxury services & experiences are always provided to all clients
  • Organize refreshing training for key client events.  Initiate additional improvement training as required
  • Ensure seamless and luxury service flow between BT and BA to maximize business results and sustain brand image, by installing robust training, coaching, concrete guidelines and follow-up supervision
  • Develop BT’s retail competency, sense of accountability and communication skills, build progress checking and recording mechanism to monitor the performance and provide coaching/training accordingly
  • Build a unique BT team with excellent service techniques & luxury service mindset, clear mission on business amplification, intimate bonding & team spirit
  • Constantly identify BA/BT strengths & weaknesses, provide timely feedback and guidance, develop personal improvement plan if necessary
  • Keep close communications with Counter Managers and Retail management team, report & update on BT & BA performance/progress, construct & implement action plans as required
  • Proactively & efficiently collaborate within Retail Education team as well as other functions in the company, with the business objectives in mind and to be met, and all needs to be answered & satisfied

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 3 years+ experience as a beauty consultant and/or counter manager prior to moving into instructional training provider
  • 3 years+ of experience in delivering cosmetic facial skill training and coaching
  • Beauty Background and related certifications (skincare specialist/ facial expert/ beautician)
