Role Purpose:
The Retail Education Summer Intern will support the team in enhancing training initiatives that elevate the knowledge and capabilities of our Beauty Advisors. This internship provides a hands-on experience in luxury beauty education, training content development and retail excellence.
The summer intern program is a two months program for students to obtain valuable working experiences and opportunities!
Main Accountabilities
- Drive the implementation and usage of e-learning platform and modules to elevate participants’ product knowledges, sales pitch, skin expertise and further enhance luxury retail journey.
- Support the organization and execution of training sessions, workshops, and webinars for internal and retail teams.
- Assist in analyzing training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics, aligning with methodologies used by tier-one brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Retail team to ensure educational content aligns with brand objectives.
- Provide administrative support for training logistics, such as scheduling, communication, and resource coordination.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.
- Experience with e-learning platforms or content creation tools is a plus.
- First internship experience in retail, preferably in the cosmetic or luxury industry.
- Passion for luxury beauty, skincare, and retail excellence.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English is an asset.
