Marketing Manager

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time

Role Purpose:

  • The role requires managing all the marketing related aspects along with potentially new projects.
  • Require excellent plan & execution and communication skills internally and externally and multi-tasking skills to align with total company growth objectives and strategic roadmap.


Main Accountabilities:

  • Initiate, plan and implement marketing strategy / action plans according to regional / global guidelines and objectives.
  • Lead and supervise all marketing functions including: media, PR, digital and product management, research, retail data analysis, EC, CRM, event and trade . Extend product concept locally and adapt the communication materials (develop Chinese naming, taglines, brochure insert, etc.).
  • Plan and lead to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Develop and supervise annual product launch, Media , PR and digital plan, EC and CRM Plan
  • Recruit, develop and appraise marketing department staffs to ensure its best productivity and results. Coach when necessary to ensure team's performance.
  • Plan thoroughly and control over annual given marketing budget. Coordinate with finance dept. to ensure correct cost forecast and control.
  • Coordinate efforts among sales, training and supply to ensure plan execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate competitions marketing activities to provide information and suggestion to local / regional management.
  • Prepare all marketing related reports to local / regional management.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years solid marketing experience in Skincare/ Beauty/ FMCG/Luxury industry.
  • Result-oriented, strategic thinking & planning , Problem solving, self-motivated with broad business perspectives
  • Strong team building & performance management
  • Numerically intelligent with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
