Marketing Executive

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time
Description: 

Role Purpose:

The role requires managing all the product launches related aspects along with potentially new projects. Require excellent execution & communication skills internally and externally and multi-tasking skills to align with total company growth objectives and strategic roadmap.

 

Main Accountabilities:

  • Own LINE official account to communicate brand message by statistical posting and engaging activities to drive fans growth and attachment.
  • Conduct digital redemption campaigns and provide in-depth analysis to drive efficiency and ROI.
  • Support 360 marketing plan including brochure development, local translation, department store visual merchandising theme change (innovation & new store), and conducting counter podium to drive recruitment and client upgrade.  Ensure quality execution and drive ROI
  • Cooperate with potential business partners in bank, media or luxury industry to develop short-term or annual program for recruiting high potential prospects.
  • Coordinate the product PIFF submission and ensure compliance with regulations for product launch.
  • Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy.
  • Research in market trend and competitors launch campaign.
  • Plan and manage A&P budget and ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Ensure high quality of execution (communications, events, podiums) and meet the deadlines.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience in Skincare/ Beauty/ FMCG/ luxury industry.
  • Result-oriented, strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated with broad business perspectives and strong management skills
  • Numerically intelligent with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
