E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for building a profitable digital ecosystem, accelerating La Prairie’s online growth and brand impact in the market. This role drives digital media strategy, performance marketing, and eBoutique traffic acquisition while ensuring ROI-driven media investments within a seamless luxury experience. With a strong P&L ownership, the role focuses on scaling revenue, optimizing digital activation costs, and integrating LINE as a key platform for customer engagement.
Main Accountabilities
1. eBusiness P&L ownership
- Own and drive the P&L for digital media & eBoutique, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
- Build and execute a mid-term strategy to maximize efficiency, investment impact, and digital acceleration.
- Identify new revenue streams and cost optimization levers to enhance business performance.
2. Digital media strategy & execution
- Develop and lead a comprehensive digital media strategy to drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Optimize paid media investments across Search, Display, Social, Line Ads, and Influencer Media to maximize ROI and engagement.
- Execute global media guidelines locally, ensuring brand alignment and luxury positioning.
- Manage Line as a key digital channel, leveraging targeted campaigns and CRM integration.
3. Performance & e-commerce growth
- Track and optimize key performance KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROAS, CAC, engagement) through the LP.com scorecard.
- Use Google Analytics, CRM data, and A/B testing to improve media effectiveness.
- Drive traffic acquisition and seamless digital journeys for LP.com eBoutique.
- Advocate for local market needs in global meetings, ensuring relevant support and investment.
- Integrate media strategies with CRM and eCommerce activations to create a full-funnel consumer journey.
4. Develop and Execute LINE GIFT Business Strategy
- Plan and implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance brand presence on LINE GIFT.
- Collaborate with brands, and venders to optimize product listings, promotions, and supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor sales data, user behavior, and market trends to provide insights and adjust marketing and operational strategies.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, advertising, and loyalty programs, to increase user engagement and conversion rates.
5. Cross-functional & agency management
- Collaborate with Global Media & LP.com Teams and local agency partners for best-in-class execution.
- Partner with CRM teams to strengthen Line as a strategic engagement tool.
- Manage external agencies, influencers, and digital partners to enhance campaign impact.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 8-10 years' media and digital marketing experience
- Highly sensitive to cosmetic/Make-up market trend
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Responsible team player with good communication skills
- Numerically intelligent with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
