E-commerce Client Concierge

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time

Role Purpose / Mission:

  • Bonding with our discerning clients to increase sales and elevate our online presence

  • Provide luxury service, education, and advice during and after purchase through live chat, phone, and video call

  • Enhance client engagement and drive sales growth through services at events, conducting post-event outreach to enhance and extend client relationships

  • Handle daily ecommerce orders, ensuring smooth processing and settlement through payment gateway and SAP system


Main Accountabilities:

  • Perform “Art of Service” and build relationships with clients ensuring to communicate key benefits and features of products.

  • Provide personalized and bespoke service through live chat, phone, or video.

  • Assist eCommerce Manager with local campaign planning with view to drive YoY revenue for brand.com.

  • Maintain Online BA WeChat & LRB accounts with up-to-date assets, copy and client engagement posts (in line with Brand Guidelines) to drive client recruitment and retention.

  • Be point of sale facilitator for LP.com with view to drive incremental sales for online channel.

  • Maintain online visibility as the “online concierge” with 5-day coverage. 

  • Manage, process, and settle daily ecommerce orders through payment gateway and SAP. 

  • Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner to allow sufficient time for warehouse dispatch. 

  • Assist the CRM Manager with analysis and reporting where required.



  • Minimum 2 years previous Beauty Advisor or Sales Consultant experience 

  • Previous office and e-commerce experience 

  • Excellent written & verbal communication – English and Mandarin (essential) 

  • Excellent system and IT proficiency 

  • Motivated, driven, self-starter

  • Keen interest in luxury service and offering

  • Strong team and leadership skills with the ability to work at all levels
