CRM Manager

Description: 

Job Discerption – CRM Manager

  • Integrated annual CRM plan and communication calendar under global CRM strategy to ensure consistent communication in both offline and online.
  • Willing to develop/initiative new program to further improve performance of 3R KPIs. Especially in retention and trade up clients.
  • Under one client view to define R&R of each channels to develop omni-channel programs to build up clear client journey including cross-selling synergies and engagement. To set up clear monument scheme to provides solid insight to stakeholders.      
  • Identify brand discerning client (High Value Client) and build up relevant engagement plan (Including VVIP event and Ad-hoc communication) to enhance loyalty and contribution of business.
  • Managing domestic CRM campaigns from planning through to execution, based on client segmentation and behavior, coordinating between numerous teams e.g., Digital marketing, Product marketing, Logistic and with agencies.
  • Managing Overall CRM KPIs(offline/online) based on business and put efficient action plan to reach KPIs.
  • Addressing the needs of local clients and localizing global marketing efforts for the market.
  • Analyzing the data and provide insight of client and leverage to business scenarios.

 

Qualifications

  • Relevant LUXURY market experience in CRM with omni channel solution, with good understanding of CRM systems and strong data analysis skills.
  • Self-initiative, and able to work under pressure
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, with positive thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Over 7years CRM working experience.
