Job Purpose:
Plan and execute marketing activities in line with the brand’s marketing strategy in order to enhance brand image and generate sales.
Main Accountabilities:
Develop and orchestrate product campaigns to achieve target
Marketing Strategy Development & Execution
- Build brand/product strategy with the marketing manager
- Set positions by collection and by product
- Plan yearly/monthly sales target by collection/product
- Plan monthly marketing activities according to strategy
- Design localized claim wordings with PR & Training in accordance with KFDA regulations
Marketing Campaign Management
- Develop and orchestrate product launch plan with creative ideas to attract clients and achieve target, and ensure the plan is properly executed at the counter level
- Plan new/existing product promotion(monthly) according to target and channel
- Design annual/monthly GWP and kits that fit the needs of each channel
- Plan and produce DMs for monthly promotion and new products
Product Management
- Strategically manage product sales forecast and maintain high level of accuracy
- Manage A&P material forecast
- Manage formula check and product registration with SCM
- Ensure 2.5 months level of healthy stock for saleable and A&P products
- Manage product lifecycle
- Actively propose action plans to generate growth
- Identify issues with sell-out and suggest solutions
- Manage product price
Reports
- Analyze and report weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual product sales with market insights and propose solutions for issues found
- Analyze and report campaign results and find areas of improvement
- Research and report competitors’ activities and suggest points to benchmark
- Manage Beaute Research data and analyze results to come up with ideas for healthy growth
- Manage all regular & ad-hoc product related reports for both internal and external needs
Others
- Manage marketing materials including print, DM, GWP, etc.
- Manage translation of product related materials and liaise with other teams in order to maintain the same voice
- Manage product marketing related expenses within given budget
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred
- Proven 4+ years of experience in product marketing in a luxury and/or cosmetic brand
- High level of understanding in marketing and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
