CRM Specialist

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time

Main Accountabilities:          

Develop CRM strategy and annual plan to support business needs


Client Journey Management

  • Design client journey by client type and segment to retain & upgrade existing clients and nurture new clients
  • Develop and optimize client experience in all touchpoints to increase purchase frequency & basket, and to build a long-term relationship with the brand
  • Explore new clients recruiting activities including digital promotion channels and collaboration opportunities
  • Set KPI’s and follow execution


CRM Campaign Management

  • Design, develop, implement and monitor client activation campaigns to drive loyalty and increase sales across different segments of the customer base
  • Initiate projects that can build a healthy client base and increase sales
  • Develop contents - communication material, gifts, events, etc
  • Measure results and apply learnings on future initiatives


CRM Data Management

  • Analyse and report client status by segment/store/product/ etc, on a regular basis and feed the marketing and sales team with client insights and intelligence to support the business
  • Translate client data into actionable business insights and recommendations to optimize client relationships and maximize ROI
  • Set and monitor client KPI's and suggest solutions
  • Analyze and report client building blocks to plan business
  • Suggest solutions for identified client related issues
  • Ensure clienteling tools are well implemented
  • Manage CRM, POS system and database, including quality and compliance
  • Manage client data - collection, storing, quality control, utilization, disposal, etc.
  • Monitor and update policies on client data with stakeholders to maintain qualitative data



  • Manage CRM budget within marketing guideline
  • Actively communicate with HQ & Regional stakeholders to provide local insights and gain needed support


Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or data related discipline preferred
  • Proven 4+ years of experience in CRM in a luxury and/or cosmetic brand
  • High level of understanding in CRM and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Creative, strategic, detail oriented, responsible, self-initiated, Anaagile, and organized problem solver
  • A good team player with enthusiasm and flexibility
  • Able to handle multi-tasks simultaneously
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Korean
