Client Relationship Manager

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time
Description: 

La Prairie is seeking a Client Relationship Manager in our New York office.  The Client Relationship Manager will assist the Marketing Director in the 360° North American go-to-market strategy and implementation. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Co-define and execute compelling client experiences and events that elevate the La Prairie brand experience for high-value clients.
    • Manage entire Swiss Social planning (100 events/year) – budget management, venue booking, menu selection, florals, photography, run-of-show, setup directives and scripts, wrap reporting.
    • Manage facial event planning and support tools.
    • Support Marketing Director in all launch-based CRM initiatives.
    • Support Marketing Director in all Art Basel VVIP client initiatives.
  • Ensure luxury execution across all Retail Events.
    • Partner with Education to ensure training aligns with and supports executional goals.
    • Partner with SD/VM to identify areas of improvement (i.e. facial events).

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years marketing experience, preferably in the cosmetic and/or luxury industries
  • Creative thinker with ability to augment and amplify globally developed programs
  • Detail-oriented, organized, multi-tasker
  • Knowledge of and passion for the cosmetic and/or luxury business
  • SAP systems and logistical/operational experience a plus
  • BA in related field
