Job Scope:

As a La Prairie Beauty Advisor, you will be our House Ambassador. Ensuring a delightful and exceptional personalized skincare luxury service, building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with our discerning client, creating carefully curated experiences and perfect etiquette. Always achieving and exceeding our client's expectations and business objectives. You are entrepreneurial, audacious, dynamic, and welcoming, ensuring the company values and image are always met. You will be known for a level of luxury attitude only mastered by a few.​

 

You will create a beautiful impact by:

RETAIL:​

  • Making business decisions based on the retail equation

  • Achieving and exceeding the sales objectives​

  • Guaranteeing meaningful business relationshipsacross the store, key for our brand awareness and brand image​

  • Ensuring retail excellence isperformed at all times, maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards are maintained at the point of sale​​

CLIENT:​

  • Creating a deep connection with the client to understand their needs, build trust, and a long-lastingrelationship

  • Pro-actively introducing and recommending relevant products to ensure a personalized 1:1 luxuryand professional serviceat all times​

  • Maintaining the relationship by engaging the Client through La PrairieClientelingtools andsystems

SERVICE:​

  • Being knowledgeable on all products, ensuring the heritage, skin science and benefits arealwaysconveyed in a relevant way to the client​ 

  • Ensuring exceptional service through encouraging the application of products either on counterorwithin the cabin
