La Prairie has an opportunity for an Account Executive in the Southern region.   The Account Executive is directly responsible for achieving or exceeding the planned retail sales goals in assigned doors for territory, through development of in store teams, and management and execution of special events. Based in Texas Region.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support retail stores growth within a territory by maintaining an appropriate and consistent call cycle for assigned stores.
  • Meet regularly with store counter Beauty Advisors and management teams. Discuss opportunities/concerns relating to retail sales, inventory, staffing and sales promotions.
  • Track retail sales against goal. Identify opportunities for increased sales within a territory, analyze the business, proactively take corrective action to get results.
  • Coaching and monitoring of La Prairie standards with all Beauty Advisors.
  • Comprehensive training and motivation of both intersell and line assigned in store staff in all products and promotions.
  • Selling by example for all Beauty Advisors, Beauty Specialists, Product Specialists and freelancers; how to build and close sales
  • Recruit, coach, manage and motivate counter staffers. Keep a "bench" of people available to fill open positions.
  • Work with Education team to ensure training appropriate for all Beauty Advisors and conduct consistent mentoring/appropriate coaching at counter.
  • Responsible for the setup, coordination and execution of all in store events; supervision of all freelancers; negotiate event terms with retailer; establish goals and track performance.
  • Successfully implement all in store merchandising programs; ensure the consistent implementation of merchandising guidelines and uphold counter image, identity and hygiene in accordance with La Prairie standards.
  • Partner with store management to achieve targets, resolve issues and maintain positive relations.
  • Communicate regularly with Leadership and Development teams to communicate needs, share results and ideas. 

 

 

Your Profile:

  • Retail skincare sales experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with store management and retail sales associates
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • A personal presentation with which a customer can identify
  • Knowledge and comfort with high priced, prestige products
  • High energy level
  • Flexibility as schedules/events are constantly changing
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and lead by example
