In this role you will act as the local ambassador of the global brand vision, positioning, key strategies and guidelines to ensure consistent implementation in Italy. Your scope will cover brand and collection management, PR & Communication, CRM, Digital & e-business, Store Design & Visual Merchandising
Responsibilities

Overall Marketing Strategy development, planning and execution.

Define, plan and execute local Marketing activities.

Manages the local Marketing budget to drive investment towards main brand and roadmap pillars, with a ROI mindset and ensuring % of investments are in line with regional guidelines and sales objectives.

Closely liaise with local Retail/Sales function to translate Marketing directives into clear instructions for the Retail front-line.

Liaise with Regional and Global Marketing teams to ensure consistency of local strategy/execution to global guidelines and luxury execution standards.

Develop and implement CRM strategy and actions to achieve business objectives & goals in terms of key CRM metrics.

Develop and execute product launches in line with global strategy.

In collaboration with Retail/Sales function: develop merchandising tools at POS, presentations, promotions.

Monitor market and competitors’ activities.

Steer and manage e-Commerce activities.

Define, plan and execute activities to build Brand Saliency

Explore new communication initiatives and collaboration opportunities.

Develop and engage team members to ensure all initiatives are carried out smoothly and in good partnership with internal and external partners/stakeholders.
Qualifications/Requirements:

University degree in Marketing or similar background
-
At least 8 years’ experience in Marketing – preferably in Retail, Luxury and SkinCare/Cosmetics sector.

Experience in leading teams

Strong operational skills & strategic thinking, with capability to negotiate.

Strong analytical skills

Excellence communication skills and ability to influence and network with external and internal business partners - across functions, with regional/global stakeholders.

Fluent in English (C1) and Italian.

Willingness to travel
