Beauty Consultant London - Pipeline position

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time

We are currently recruiting for a range of Beauty Consultant positions across the London region.  Our Beauty Consultants have varied roles, that include providing exceptional client experiences as well as meeting and exceeding KPI's and targets to drive the business success.


The key responsibilities of these role include the following:


Approaching customers and achieving sales: 

  • Achieve sales by adhering to La Prairie's selling and training guidelines.
  • Approach customers with an enthusiastic and easy-going opening
  • Review daily goals throughout the day and liaise with line manager to make improvements
  • Traffic stop with ‘new’ launches and marketing lead program
  • Listen and identify customer needs
  • Ask the appropriate follow up questions in a friendly manner
  • Invite every customer to sit down and have a skincare consultation
  • Introduce ‘Diamond Servicer’ to customers
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of EPOS System for customer records
  • Offer Art of Perfection to ever consumer
  • Ensure events are fully stocked and appropriate customers have been contacted


Visual Merchandising: 

  • Ensure the La Prairie’s image is maximised in store.
  • Ensure the counter is spotlessly clean and well maintained
  • Make certain the counter is fully stocked and that all products are stored by category and shade sequence
  • All displays are strictly in accordance with Company Visual Merchandising guidelines and planograms
  • Report any counter issues promptly to Marketing
