Junior Controller TR Asia

Description: 

Junior Controller, Travel Retail Asia (6-month contract)

 

ROLE PURPOSE / MISSION:

  • Support financial operations, pricing management, and business analysis within TR Asia for La Prairie & Chantecaille.

  • Drive high financial and operational efficiency, supporting business needs and future growth strategies.

 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

Business Analysis and Forecasting:

  • Consolidate the demand forecast across regions for Chantecaille, identify risks & opportunities based on actual sales trend

  • Weekly RS snapshot preparation for La Prairie, understand and flag out latest business progress

 

Pricing Management:

 

  • Price condition management for La Prairie and Chantecaille

  • Support actual RS uploading and database preparation for quarterly market panel analysis

 

Financial & Accounting:

  • Responsible for freight cost reallocation between brands

  • Manage intercompany invoices process, ensuring smooth month end closing

 

Internal Control:

  • Support inventory adjustments and sales reconciliation of Sunrise consignment project in monthly basis

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • University Degree in Business Administration or Finance, 3-5 years working experience in retail/consumer goods/luxury industry

  • Strong passion to the beauty industry with “CAN DO” altitude

  • Strong agility, analytical and financial knowledge with high attentions to detail

  • Fluent English language skills in writing and speaking

  • High proficiency in MS Office applications especially with Excel, PowerPoint
