Description: 

We are looking for a Beauty Advisor in Florence (fixed term, third party agency).

We are looking for a Beauty Advisor to offer a luxury service, preserving excellence, refinement, and elegance in every gesture, word, and movement, to complete the distinctive customer experience in-store. Passion, excellence, and care must be the driving forces that guide daily work at La Prairie. The Beauty Advisor will provide personalized service to our clients, recommending the most suitable treatment for their skin type to achieve the desired results and goals, while also promoting our products and services.

Your Mission:

  • Achieve and/or exceed your sales goals and KPIs by creating a long-lasting bond with our discerning customers, meeting their needs through regular interactions and a unique, personalized luxury service.
  • Be bold, dynamic, and welcoming, acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring that the brand/company values and image are always respected.
  • Create impactful and distinctive experiences for our top, most discerning customers. Excellence, refinement, and understated elegance should guide every gesture, word, and movement to complete every moment of the customer’s luxury experience in-store.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspire our customers through luxury storytelling based on a deep knowledge of our brand, its heritage, and origins, as well as our collections and iconic products.
  • Proactively seek knowledge of the Art of Beauty of La Prairie by studying the training material provided and regularly visiting the La Prairie homepage.
  • Collect high-end customer data in compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Ensure the luxury implementation and execution of all La Prairie CRM programs.
  • Proactively sell products to new and existing customers, ensuring personalized, luxury, competent, and professional service at all times.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers based on ongoing trust and satisfaction, which in turn will generate substantial brand loyalty and sales (attract, convert, develop, retain, word-of-mouth).
  • Always be service-oriented, pampering our customers and encouraging product application on the skin both at the counter and using the cabin through our exclusive and luxurious treatments.
  • Ensure that every customer entering our boutiques, whether a potential, current, or new customer, is considered our most valuable asset and treated accordingly.
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data on both customers and prospects using our CRM tools.
  • Use CRM campaigns/new launches/events to engage with customers to increase sales and connect sales.
  • Collaborate with retailers, store managers, counter managers, and colleagues.
  • Offer a unique and luxurious experience to new and existing customers and create interest and word-of-mouth for the brand among potential customers.
  • Ensure that all customers entering retail locations are considered our most valuable asset and treated accordingly.
  • Connect products and create complementary needs/cross-selling (e.g., serums, body lotions, and foundations).
  • Identify customer needs and offer personalized advice.
  • Ensure careful presentation of products and merchandising.
  • Explain to customers the application techniques of the products they are interested in and advise them on how to care for their skin.

Technical Requirements:

  • Established experience in the cosmetic environment.
  • Ability to provide luxury service in any situation.
  • Solid professional experience in selling high-quality products or services and establishing and maintaining corresponding customer relationships.
  • Strong focus on achieving quantitative and qualitative goals.
  • Knowledge of skin. A diploma in cosmetics/aesthetics is preferred.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Ability to use technological tools.
