Description: 

Description: To achieve individual and account retail targets, and other key performance indicators whilst providing excellent customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Approaching customers and achieving sales: Achieve sales by adhering to La Prairie's selling and training guidelines.

  • Approach customers with an enthusiastic and easy-going opening
  • Review daily goals throughout the day and liaise with line manager to make improvements
  • Traffic stop with ‘new’ launches and marketing lead program
  • Listen and identify customer needs
  • Ask the appropriate follow up questions in a friendly manner
  • Invite every customer to sit down and have a skincare consultation
  • Introduce ‘Diamond Servicer’ to customers
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of EPOS System for customer records
  • Offer Art of Perfection to ever consumer
  • Ensure events are fully stocked and appropriate customers have been contacted

 

Visual Merchandising: Ensure the La Prairie’s image is maximised in store.

  • Ensure the counter is spotlessly clean and well maintained
  • Make certain the counter is fully stocked and that all products are stored by category and shade sequence
  • All displays are strictly in accordance with Company Visual Merchandising guidelines and planograms
  • Report any counter issues promptly to Marketing
