CRM Manager

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time
Description: 

Role Purpose / Mission:

  • Leading, planning and developing CRM strategies and initiatives to achieve business objectives & goals

 

Main Accountabilities:

  • Formulate and implement CRM programs to develop and retain clients. Drive strategic reports, analyze customer activities and translate into actionable business insights and recommendations to optimize customer relationships and maximize ROI

  • Build CRM strategy & capabilities which allow developing bespoke client experience through CRM program and communication to each of key client segments. Work with external partners to develop and implement client activities and events to drive brand engagement.

  • Implement quantitative and statistical models and methodologies to derive customer insights from data. Provide intelligence to support and advice on marketing strategies and CRM activities

  • Work with IT and other outsourced partners in developing analytical platform and database enhancement across all CRM solutions

  • Monitor customer data capturing and quality. Analyze and resolve CRM program issues in a timely and accurate fashion

  • Measure results of all CRM initiatives, including customer value growth, retention and loyalty, and drive continuous improvement

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with CRM processes and tools, particularly in skin care products

  • Analytical, detail-minded, hands on and result driven

  • Strong team and leadership skills with the ability to work at all levels

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
