CRM Executive LP & CHC

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time
Description: 

Role Purpose / Mission: Support client activations and daily operation of CRM team

 

Main Accountabilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention and upgrade, through various lifecycle programs and client events
  • Coordinate client communication calendar and work closely with agency for communication production (MMS/ eDM etc), with reference to global guideline and campaign assets
  • Contribute creative ideas for client events & activations that aligns with brand DNA, and liaise closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless event planning, execution, and on-site coordination
  • Conduct data analysis to support client communication strategy, monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Collaborate with external partners on the sourcing and development of member premiums
  • Close partnership with IT & external agency to support CRM system solutions
  • Handle and follow up on customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide daily administrative support, including competitor monitoring, inventory management and invoice processing

 

Main Objectives:

  • Assist CRM team to coordinate & implement client events & programs according to marketing calendar
  • Support on data analysis to assess campaign performance

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines
  • 1-2 years working experiences in marketing field
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and good communication skills
  • Strong in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred
