Are you interested in working for a Swiss luxury brand known for their pioneering cellular anti-aging Therapies? We are looking for a Counter Manager to join our North Region. Managing a team of 3 Beauty Consultants/ Therapists you will be responsible for managing our counter at Selfridges, Birmingham. You will implement effective weekly business plans and you will work towards maximising the retail performance targets. You will have the opportunity to work with our incredible existing clients whilst working towards recruiting new customers to the brand. You have the chance to utilise our beauty room to enhance the customer experience but also host on/off counter events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional client service
- Drive sales and achieve retail performance targets
- Develop and execute weekly business plans
- Cultivate strong client relationships and build brand loyalty
- Recruit and engage new customers to grow the client base
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in luxury retail or beauty
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for skincare and luxury service
- Results-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
- NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy (desired)
