We are currently creating a talent pool for future Beauty Advisor positions at La Prairie across Barcelona. We would love to hear from candidates who are considering their next move in luxury beauty and would like to be considered for any future Beauty Advisor vacancies. 


As a La Prairie Beauty Advisor, you will be our Maison Ambassador. Ensuring a delightful and exceptional personalised skincare luxury service, building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with our discerning client, creating carefully curated experiences and perfect etiquette. ​


Always anticipating and exceeding our client's expectations and business objectives.​


You are entrepreneurial, audacious, dynamic, and welcoming, ensuring the brand/company values and image are always met. You will be known for a level of luxury attitude only mastered by a few. ​


Main Accountabilities:



  • Make smart business decisions based on brand and business ambition

  • Achieve the sales objectives​ based on retention and recruitment of clients, especially VIPs.

  • Guarantee meaningful business relationships across the store, especially with Personal Shoppers, concierges, etc​

  • Ensure retail excellence is performed at all times, maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards are maintained at the point of sale​


  • Create a deep connection with the client to understand their needs, build trust and long-lasting relationship​

  • Pro-actively introduce and recommend relevant products, ensuring a personalised 1:1 luxury and professional service at all times​

  • Maintain the relationship through engaging the Client through La Prairie Clienteling tools and systems



  • Be knowledgeable on all products, ensuring the heritage, skin science and benefits are always conveyed in a relevant way to the client​

  • Ensure exceptional service through encouraging the application of products either on counter or within the cabin




  • Exceptional service mindset – you take pleasure and satisfaction in providing an outstanding service to your clients​

  • Strong retail experience ​

  • Real passion for beauty and skincare ​

  • Affinity for luxury, always striving for excellence​

  • Strong business acumen to drive sales and go beyond business objectives ​

  • Being a digital native or technologically curious​

  • Entrepreneurial, audacious, and dynamic ​

  • Ability to connect and engage with our discerning client, transforming that connection into a personal relationship through excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and client centric customer service ​

  • ​Ability to build relationships throughout the store to find new opportunities ​

  • Ability to be a great team player as part of a high impact team, driven by diverse thoughts and opinions.​

  • High level of spoken English

  • High level of mandarin speaking desirable
