LMS & HR Analytics Specialist

Location: 

Zurich, CH, 8008

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time
Description: 

In this role, you will support our Global HR Team in all matters regarding Learning Management System and our HR Analytics . You will support and maintain the Learning Management System and support the on-going changing needs as required.

You will gather and process qualitative and quantitative data around our workforce, trainings and employment trends.

 

 

How you will create a beautiful impact:  

 

 

As a SAP SuccessFactors LMS Specialist & LXP Specialist within our Human Resource Team, the candidate will:

  • Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of projects
  • Contribute to the creation of deliverables such as project road maps and implementation blueprints
  • Configure the functional aspects of the SuccessFactors module(s) you are responsible for,
  • Provide functional support in the roll-out and adoption or our LXP on Degreed,
  • Identify opportunities and approaches to complete the scope of work,
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports,
  • Assist in proposal development, as requested,
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interactions with clients
  • You will analyze key HR data and make recommendations to enable leadership to make decision

 

 

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

 

  • BSc in Business Administration, Computer Science, Education, or similar
  • Ideally 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management module (LMS)
  • Work experience as an HR Analyst or similar role
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
  • Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations
  • Good research abilities
  • Knowledge of information architecture principles and methods
  • Fluent communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to working in a professional, collaborative team environment
