In this role, you are going to support the Operations Manager to ensure orders are managed in a timely and full manner.
How you will create a beautiful impact:
- Quantitative check of the orders and consulting these orders with customers or sales.
- Check the availability & delivery information for customers’ incoming emergency calls.
- Setting up a priority plan for the monthly deliveries in accordance with distributor markets/General Manager.
- Delivery of customer orders, invoicing, verify correctness of export & shipping documents.
- Complaint management related to shipments.
- Regular contact with customers by e-mail for daily questions in connection with orders, availability of goods, product information.
- Maintain price files in coordination with GM/Business Manager.
- Maintain customer files in SAP.
- Take care about urgent orders related to launches together with Sales.
- Send out registration samples according to instruction of registration department.
What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:
- University degree in business administration or similar.
- 2 to 5 years working within the export industry in a similar position.
- Good knowledge in MS Office, ideally SAP know- how.
- Being able to coordinate and prioritise work independently.
- Good team player that shows initiative and engagement.
- Fast learner who is able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage.
