Travel Retail Executive (1 year Contract)

Seoul, KR, 6056

Contract Type:  Temporary - full-time
Description: 

Role Purpose/Mission:

Supports the Sales and Retail team in the management of all retailers ensuring the achievement in net sales target and retail sales reporting

 

Main Accountabilities

1. Order Processing

  • Support Junior Area Manager to register purchase order and shipment information in ERP and get completion confirmation from Retailers
  • Split actuals by division and POS, inform relevant teammates
  • Cross check actuals vs. OC, invoice, BL, and confirm to Junior Area Manager and Retail Operation Specialist
  • Issuance of a tax invoice (FOC, POS activities…)
  • Request payment of customs fees to Local Finance team

 

2. Retail Supporting Function

  • Arrange deliveries to each POS and serve as the primary point of contact for external local warehousing provider that store and in/out FOC goods
  • Update the FOC local distribution and inventory tracking file
  • Aggregate BA uniform sizes, order, and distribute

 

3. CRM & Digital Supporting Function

  • Support Retail Operation Specialist following up product registration
  • Check online promotion regular basis and inform to Retail Supervisors

 

4. Internal Interface and communication-

  • Overall follow-ups on off-site meetings (BA conference, training, team meetings…)
  • Paperwork (official letters) needed for the counter to be created and sent
  • Gather office order (stationary, saleable…) and create purchase order
  • Vendor creation

 

5. Adhoc requests & reporting

  • Supports the Sales, Retail, Education and Controlling with all adhoc requests and reporting
  • Combine the results and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

 

Knowledge, Skill and Experience

  • Graduate level and already has some experience working in a similar role
  • Great analytical and attention to detail skills
  • Good at communicating
  • Proactive team-player with a high level of reliability and integrity
  • Good at building a quick rapport with people
  • Care about the people in the team
  • Good computer skills, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent English and Korean a must
